In partnership with international universities,  Christ Deemed-to-be University provides a few MBA integrated courses in addition to a postgraduate MBA curriculum. Christ University's MBA programme requires a valid score on the CAT,  XAT,  CMAT, ATMA,  Micro Presentation,  GD,  and PI in addition to prior academic accomplishment in Class 12 and a UG degree. The course is a 2 year program, spead over 6 semesters. The specializations offered in the MBA programme at CU are Finance, Human Resources, Lean Operations and Systems, Marketing, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

During the Christ University Bangalore's 2022 placements, the highest package offered to the students was of INR 21.46 LPA. A total of 1,698 UG students and 1,304 PG students were placed, respectively. Christ University Bangalore 2022 placement drive placed about 79% of students. Furthermore, of the 516 recruiters who came to campus for the 2022 placement drive, 65 were first-time recruiters.
