Sure, you can enroll at the Manipal School of Information Sciences with a 70% in your 12th grade, with Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and English as mandatory subjects. For reserved category students, there is a little bit of relaxation. 

For admission to a variety of degrees at Manipal University, individuals must, however, meet additional admission requirements. An entrance exam for a university, known as MET, is held annually to grant admission to a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Successful candidates in MET may be admitted to university-affiliated programs in engineering, nursing, pharmacy, and other fields.
