First of all it depends if your an 12th grade student who want to pursue law and want to specialize in criminology, You can pursue a 5 year LL.B. Or you can study any other course as your choice in UG then pursue a 3year LL.B. Course
In Bangalore colleges like kristu jayanti college of law, christ school of law has the option of 5 year LL.B. Programme
And there is no law for criminology you should study all law subject and if you want to specialize you should be well verse in CRPC and IPC to be in good in criminology.

Hello Faiz,
THE cut off varies from category to category. As you did not mention the category you belong, the cut off scores for the categories are, for the general or the Unreserved categories, 50th percentile, for ST/SC/OBC-PH 40th percentile are must.

Hi!
Lateral entry is basically entering a college while having completed the previous year or semester in another college. It is possible in some universities and colleges to get lateral entry but not many of them provide such facility. Also it depends on the course one is studying, usually lateral entry is seen in B.Tech courses. Some universities providing lateral entry are Mumbai University, Mizoram University, Maharashtra Institute of Technology and other as well. I hope you find this helpful.
