Bangalore has more than 100 MTech colleges with 70+ private MTech colleges and 15 government MTech colleges. KCET, Karnataka PGCET and GATE are the most accepted entrance exams for the top MTech colleges in Bangalore. Some of the top Bangalore MTech colleges are Ramaiah Institute of Technology, IIIT Bangalore, RV College of Engineering, NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology, PES University, etc.

For the best M.Tech placements in Bangalore, Indian Institute of Science is the top college, followed by IIIT Bangalore (high CSE packages) and R.V. College of Engineering, with PES University, BMS College of Engineering, and Ramaiah Institute of Technology, etc.
