PGCET Karnataka is a relatively easy exam compared to GATE or other entrance exams by Private Universities like Manipal Entrance Test. But, don't take it lightly. Old question papers are much significant here than in any other test. Might be MBA or M.Arch, ME or M.Tech the fund remains the same. Dig through old question papers, find the way of asking questions, get your own Fundamentals of the Topic notes, devote some time for solving 1 mark interview questions and there you go. Basic qualifications required by you are - basics of coding in Java, c+, python or any language. Since mechatronics is a new branch combining mechanical and electronics, you should be familiar with the basics of mechanics and electronics taught in 11th and 12th grade. Apart from that whichever branch you choose, to pursue a great career you need to be passionate enough.
