I am not sure which private board you are talking.
If you are taking 2nd PUC direct as a private student, then it is valid and you can do your course.

In Amity University, they conduct direct exams for MBA admission. You have to fill up the forms and they will call you for admission process which includes written exam, Group discussion and Personal Interview.

That you can't change. As you are pursuing MBA, then complete it from one institution, as you may have a serious consequences during your placement process. So, always choose a good university for MBA as ROI should be optimal.
