The deadline to enter Diploma Kathak studies at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) falls in April although students can register for BHU-UET during February through April while focusing on the period between February 27, 2025 and April 5, 2025. MPA in Kathak full form is Master of Performing Arts in Kathak. It is a 2 years Master's degree which teaches the students all the aspects of Kathak dance that 2 years that include choreography, musicology, and dance iconography.

If you want to pursue Kathak then you can go for MPA in Kathak or MA in Kathak as kathak is also taught as a speacialization under MPA.
You need to have a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university for the admission to Masters in Kathak. Candidates will also be needed to appear for the entrance exam that is conducted by the respective university. Some of the colleges offering MPA in Kathak are as follows:
