The candidates aspiring for admission in BTech courses via KEE will be asked questions from Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English, and General Aptitude. Candidayes who studied Mathematics in +2 have to appear for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, and General Aptitude. Other candidates have to appear for Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English, and General Aptitude.

KEE is an online exam. The KEE exam has a total of 100 MCQs that are to be answered within 120 minutes. The total mark in the exam is 300, where each question carries 3 marks and there is negative marking of -1.

The candidate are asked MCQ type questions in KEE. Multiple chpice questions with 4 options are asked out of which candidates have to mark the one answer which is correct.
