No, students of commerce background can't directly secure admission in Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC). You must have cleared the 10+2 level exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and English as the compulsory subject. You must obtain a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% SC/ST, 45% OBC). Admission to the MBBS programme is on the basis of NEET UG score.

Distance education is not conducted for many programs, especially for B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) for the simple reason that they include lots of practical and clinical lessons. To gain admission to the regular program:
1. Eligibility: Be in possession of any other nursing Diploma recognised by the NRB, and be registered by the NRB as a nurse.
2. Entrance Exam: Sit for the NEET Nursing exam or the college of their choice specific entrance exam.
3. Application: The form fills up online on the University of Delhi's admission portal within the admission period which is usually from June to August every year.

Lady Hardinge cutoff has been released for admission to MBBS courses based on the NEET score. Lady Hardinge accepts NEET UG scores, followed by NEET UG Counselling process for admission to the MBBS course. The NEET Round 1 cutoff for MBBS course at Lady Hardinge stood at 485 for General category All India. Moreover, the NEET cutoff for 2nd round and 3rd round stood at 490 and 627 respectively. Lady Hardinge Medical College doesn't use NEET scores for admission to their B.Sc. Nursing program. Admission is based on the Andhra Pradesh EAPCET for students from Andhra Pradesh and through their own entrance exam for All India Quota seats.
- Eligibility: You'll need to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board with a minimum percentage of marks.
- Entrance Exam:
- For Students from Andhra Pradesh admission is based on your rank in the Andhra Pradesh EAPCET exam.
- There's a separate entrance exam conducted by LHMC itself.

The overalls seat intake for BSc (Hons) Nursing at Lady Hardinge Medical College is around 62. The central and state counselling processes of NEET are conducted by 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats for admission MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing courses at Central and Deemed Universities, AIIMS, JIPMER and AFMC institutes. NEET UG passed students are required to participate in teh NEET cunselling process for BSc seat allocation.

Yes, Lady Hardinge Medical College follows the seat reservation policies for all the offered courses. The seat reserved are in percetage:
- 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates.
- 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates.
- 27% seats are reserved for non-creamy layer OBC candidates. Reservation would be applicable to the castes mentioned in the Central list of OBC.
- 10% Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) as per government Rules
