Yes, you can apply for the programme.
The School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies (SLLCS) is the only School of Study that provides a Bachelor's degree in this University i.e. BA (Hons). The course is offered in the following languages Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Pashto, Russian and Spanish.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks. Candidate must secure the following minimum overall score in the entrance examination for admission to the undergraduate programs of study: General Category: 30% marks.

2. Even if you don't take up English entrance exams, refer to materials of IELTS and TOEFL which is a good way to improve vocabulary.
3. Have an online dictionary and thesaurus ready always.

For doing MA in Manipur or for that matter in any subject, one needs to do graduation in same subject. It stands to reason that a student should have done graduation in a subject before doing post graduation.
