Hello Roshni,
For doing MA in Manipur or for that matter in any subject, one needs to do graduation in same subject. It stands to reason that a student should have done graduation in a subject before doing post graduation. Spanish is the 3rd most widely spoken language in the world. So, I would suggest you to go for the Spanish language.
