Of course, the procedure is the same like any other college. But the curriculum is better than any other university in the south.

There is no provision of lateral entry in BITS.

No, you have to give BITSAT exam to get entry in BITS.

Candidate must have passed diploma in engineering/ technology and secured 45% marks and this is also same for b.sc students with 45% marks. By the way, for B.Sc maths, also studied in 12th class.
Placements:
1. 20k minimum
2. 15. 40 maximum

There are 20%-30% seats are reserved for the students who are taking lateral entry in every college. The seats reserved for lateral entry may differ in some colleges. The fees for the degree engineering course may differ from college to college. So, you have to go through college and know yourself better. All the best. Lateral entry students seats are depending on the college that you have preferred for yourself as each college have its own quota for Polytechnic students. Fee structure is also depend upon the college that you prefer the most.

It varies from college to college, but it is more than the 2nd year regular fee.

The syllabus will be related to the 2 years of your college curriculum. You can also follow the GATE syllabus. Many subjects of lateral-entry syllabus are common in GATE. Thank you.
