  • University of Mumbai, Thane Sub-Campus (School of Law) offering BBA-LL.B (Hons, 5-year) via MH CET Law—campus has moot court, legal aid clinic, library, great exposure.
  • Nari Gursahani Law College, B.L.S.+LL.B or LL.B via MH CET Law, fees approximately Rs1.1 Lacs total.
  • Vidya Prasarak Mandal (TMC) Law College, LL.B (3-year) via MH CET Law, lower fees (Rs31,500 total), also MU-affiliated. 

Admission is based on MH CET Law score and CAP counseling, followed by document verification.

B.L.S. LL.B.Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with above mentioned marks in aggregate from any recognised Board/Council.
Candidate who have obtained 10+2 Higher Secondary Pass certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence method is eligible.
Candidate who have obtained 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any Basic Qualification are not eligible.
Candidates who are appearing/appeared for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination. Such candidate will be eligible for admission only if they produce the provisional/Degree/ certificate of the qualifying examination and the mark lists of all parts/attempts the of qualifying examination at the time of admission.
The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State.

The MH CET cut off for TMC law college is generally 99 ( general).

But it may be low for domicile and other category.

This college is mono faculty institution offering a three year law course. The university offers the degree viz LL.B. (General) on passing the second year LL.B. Examination. On passing the LL.B. Degree Examination I. e the Third Year LL.B. Examination the student is entitled to practice after enrolling into Bar council as per the council rules. Once graduated the students can either practice independently after enrolling in bar council or practice under a senior advocate. Closing rank for 2022 was 278. It depends on your category & domicile but you have less chances. Although you can try for other good government law colleges.

The admission criteria for the five-year integrated course B.A. LL.B. At the School of Law of the University of Mumbai (Thane campus) is:
You must have completed the 12th standard from a recognised board with at least a 45% aggregate score. Also, you must have qualified for the MHCET Law exam with a decent score. With a MH-CET score of 69, it is difficult to get admission into the School of Law without category-based exemptions. In previous years, the cut-off has been above 106. like 110 and 118 in different rounds for admission in 2021. The category-based cutoff varies, and for certain categories it is slightly lower than 100.
