Yes, you can get admission to UPES Law without ULSAT through other entrance exams like CLAT, LSAT-India, or by meeting high board exam scores (80% in 10th & 12th) for direct GD/PI, or via CUET, depending on the specific programme and year, offering non-exam pathways for merit-based entry.

To be eligible for UPES Law entrance exams candidates should have passed 10 and 12th with minimum 50 percent aggregate marks. Apart from this, if they don't want to appear for ULSAT, they can still get admission based on CLAT Score.

ULSAT Exam is conducted by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. The exam will be held for two hours. It is conducted in computer-based poctured form.

The last date to submit the ULSAT 2026 application form was Feb 25. You must fill out the ULSAT Application Form on or before the deadline. It is completely online. Candidates will not be able to fill the form in offline form.

Candidates must note that for the ULSAT exam if you attempt any wrong answer nothing will be reduced. Candidates will be given 1 point each for a correct answer. No score will be deducted for wrong or unattempted one.

No, without appearing for the SLS AIAT Entrance exam you can not get admission. Candidates must ensure they clear both written and personal interview round to qualify the exam.

You should understand that once you opt to get out of the counselling process you can not go back. You will get option to either freeze your seat or choose to let it go and participate in next round. You can anytime exit the whole process too.

There is no restriction as such for the CLAT exam. Thus, one can give CLAT any number of times they want to. Candidates should not feel bad if they are not able to clear the CLAT exam in first time.
