Yes, there is a proper and centralized counselling process for MH CET Law, called the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). It's managed by the State Common Entrance Test Cell. The process usually happens in three rounds for both LLB 3-year and LLB 5-year courses.

NEHU is considered the best law college in Shillong for its BA LLB course. If you are looking for BBA LLB or LLM programmes in this city, the University of Science and Technology is the best option. The Shillong Law College has an LLB course and it's quite good, for its affiliation with NEHU.
