Hi, the top entrance exam for admission to Energy Law colleges in India is CLAT. The national-level Common Law Admission Test (or CLAT) is conducted by the Consortium of NLUs for admission to 5-year integrated LLB (UG) and one-year LLM (PG) courses. All the seats of NLUs will be filled on the basis of CLAT 2025 reservation criteria as defined by the consortium.

Central University of Karnataka LLM is a PG level course offered for the duration of 2 years. CUK Karnataka offers LLM with a total tuition fee worth INR 36K. RULET 2026 exam will be conducted at the designated centres across the state tentatively in June 2026. Candidates will be informed regarding the exam date through the official notification and the students will have to carry a valid ID proof along with the admit card to the exam hall. As per the official notification by the UniRaj, questions from English, Legal reasoning, Current Affairs, & Quantitative Aptitude will be asked in the exam.
