The annual course fee for BBA LLB (Hons) is INR 10 lakh. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. Candidates can pay the registration fee via any of the online payment mode.

Candidates appearing for final year exam can also apply. Candidates must also fulfil the eligibility requirements to avoid rejection at the later stages of admission.

The question paper consists of two different sections each containing objective multiple-choice questions (MCQs). To be eligible for admission to BCom (Hons.) at KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education candidates are required to Pass Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent with 50% aggregate with a pass in five subjects (One language and four elective subjects). Further, candidates must appear for the accepted entrance exam IPUCET/CUET.
