After completing LLM from Central University of Kerala, Thiruvalla one can pursue various jobs :

1. Legal Practitioner: They can work as lawyers or judicial officers in civil, criminal courts or legal advice or in corporate sectors.


2. Academia: Chance to become a law professor or a faculty member in universities or colleges.


3. Judiciary: The ability to challenge for the situations which occur during judicial service tests to be a judge.


4. Legal Consultancy: Practice in government agencies, Non-governmental agencies or organizations, and firms.

NMIMS Bangalore accepts students on an entrance basis for its BA LLB programme. The university conducts its own entrance test known as NMIMS LAT for admissions to its Law courses. Additionally, students with a valid score in other law entrance tests, such as CLAT and LSAT India can also apply. Eligible students can visit the official website of the university to apply for the BA LLB course by filling out the application form and registering thesmelves.

 Following are the eligibility criteria for admission in BA LLB program at Dr. D. Y. Patil Law College:

  • The candidate should have scored a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC & ST category) in the 10+2 examination.
  • Should have appeared and qualified Maharashtra Common Entrance Test.

There are generally high cutoff marks for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) Law, for admission at Dr. D. Y. Patil Law College.

The required score for first round and last round was 98.1 and 96.18 respectively for B.A.LL.B.

With this type of score required,  it is very difficult to secure admission at the institute.
