Yes, the UPES School of Law offers three-year LLB programme. Candidates can get a seat in the course based on performance in the CUET exam or the last qualifying exam. Additionally, the aspirant must fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements as well. Eligible candidates can visit the university official website to apply.

The total course fee is inclusive of multiple components, such as hostel fee, caution deposit, tuition fee, etc. Some of these components are one-time payabale, while some have to be paid annually/semesterly. UPES School of Law LLB tuition fee is INR 12.73 lakh and the hostel fee is INR 5.32 lakh. This fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

AILET used to be a very tough entrance exam before 2023 due to its short duration of 90 minutes. However, NLU Delhi increased the duration of the exam from 90 minutes to 120 minutes after the AILET 2024 exam. The extended duration made it slightly easier for candidates to solve 150 questions in 120 minutes for the AILET UG exam. As a result, the AILET difficulty level has decreased over time with the increase in exam duration.
NLU Delhi also removed the descriptive section from the AILET LLM exam in 2023. Now, only objective questions are included in the AILET PG or LLM exam. The removal of the descriptive section has further reduced th

In the last year's AILET question paper for UG course, GK questions were prominently related to static GK. The number of current affairs-related questions was lower. Questions were mainly related to law field and Economics. These questions were related to topics, such as Supreme Court of India, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
A large number of questions in the section were based on topics related to international relations, such as international alliances, agreements and G20 Summit.

Corporate and Securities Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, and Natural Resources Law are the three LLM specialisations offered at Tamil Nadu National Law University. LM is a full-time programme that lasts one year. The postgraduate level course is also offered full-time and has two academic semesters. LLM at TNNLU is offered under the UGC Guidelines 2012 following the semester pattern.

To secure LLM seats at Tamil Nadu National Law University candidates must complete the admission procedure. The procedure mainly includes application process, entrance exam, counselling, cutoff, merit lists, and fee payment. Candidates who will be shortlisted for CLAT 2025 admission process will have pay the confirmation fee to hold the seat. The admission process for CLAT 2025 will conclude with five rounds of the counselling process.
