My experience in VSL in VIT, Andhra Pradesh university.
Placements: It's completely new; it just started in 2021, and students will be placed by 2025. The package has not yet been provided. No recruitment has been done yet. 99 percent of people got internships. You can become a cooperative lawyer, any kind of lawyer you want to be or a judge. You can become an IAS or an IF. You can also work in cybersecurity.
Infrastructure: You will get Wi-Fi 24/7, both on campus and in hostels. They will give you the user ID and password on there site, and by using that, you have to login to Wi-Fi. Hostel food depends on catering services. Food quality is good in some hostels, but in others it is very poor. Night canteen food is available; you can eat late at night without paying for the food.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well qualified, and they have a good amount of knowledge about the subject. Teaching quality is understandable. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant to making students industry-ready. The exam papers are slightly tough but if you study, you can pass easily.
Other: I chose this course to be a lawyer. The best thing about this course is that it will teach you to debate and help you with logical thinking. The events that are conducted are Tech Fest, Vitopia and VtApp.

Why one should consider VIT Andhra Pradesh, School of law (VSL).
Placements: This is a new branch, the oldest batch are currently in 5th year so there are no pass out batches yet to assume the placements given here but as per our faculty members and management placement are guaranteed for whose who have the talent. Moreover mostly in law field people don't choose to land in a placement right after graduation.
Infrastructure: We have all the necessary infrastructure facilities such as moot court and law library. We have free Wi-Fi too. Hostel facilities are overall good too. Some lecturers are appointed as wardens of different things so they can understand the students needs. We have AC and non AC rooms, Veg and Non veg messes, free Wi-Fi, 24/7 hot water facility and more.
Faculty: We have the best facility, they help us grow, some of them are NLUs and IITs. They really work a mile harder to help us. Our curriculum is entirely designed based on industry standards and requirements. Exams help us attain that benchmarked required to enter into the industry.

It is a good place to study with good placements.
Placements: Above 75 percent of students placed in job with the highest salary 56 Lacs per annum and the average salary was about 7 Lacs. And the lowest salary was 3.5 Lacs. Recruiting companies are Nokia, shell, Microsoft and some other companies. Above 50 percentage of students got internship during their study time .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was built in a good way. The trees and fresh air is very pleasant and good to breathe. Class room facilities are good. Food was based upon the category that we selected. Even our university has separate room for sports like tennis, carrom etc.
Faculty: Some faculty taught us very well. Some are average. Yep the course very useful for students and it is 5yrs course with B.Tech+M.Tech. If we study good semester was not that tough pass marks out of 160,64 is necessary to pass. It gives us basic knowledge and faculty taught some basic instructions how to behave during internship, interview times .
Other: I chose this course because of the less fee of cost providing both B.Tech and M.Tech. I need to improve my coding skills. Many events take place and there are many clubs where we can join and learn something without any fee.
