The LLB 3 years course is different from the five-year integrated LLB courses such as BA LLB, BBA LLB,  BSc LLB, BCom LLB etc. Every law school or university offering an LLB degree follows the eligibility criteria prescribed by BCI. Candidates seeking admission to an LLB course must hold a bachelor's degree of three years or four years' duration from a recognised university with minimum 50-55 percent in aggregate.  

Direct entry into ILS is not possible in the first year. Admission is by entrance test only. However, you can apply to transfer after the first year.

With the introduction of the MHCET examination and Common Law Entrance Test (CLAT), the candidates now have to achieve a certain score to qualify for ILS which is the main admission criteria for BA LLB in ILS Law College. 

You must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent examination from a recognised board. Applicants from the general category need to secure a minimum of 45% marks in the Class 12 final examination. There's an age limit for the general category applicants.
