No, the Faculty of Law, Calcutta University does not accept CLAT scores for admission to its undergraduate programme (B.A. LL.B.). CLAT is primarily designed for admission to National Law Universities in India. The Faculty of Law, Calcutta University conducts its own entrance exam for admission to the B.A. LL.B. program. The Faculty of Law website itself does not mention CLAT scores as a requirement for admission.

The college makes selection process for BA. LLB and LLB programmes through a merit and admission Test followed by an Interview. The candidates seeking admission in LLM have to appear in Statutory Written Admission Test in Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Indian Penal Code and Current Legal problem.Admission Procedure of JB Law college

The CV Raman University BCom LLB course admission process starts with registration for the preferred course. After registration, candidates will have to log in to their student profile. Next, they need to fill out the available application form, pay the application fee, and click on the submit button.
Once this process is completed, the applicants’ are ranked based on scores in the qualifying examination. Based on this merit list, the university shortlists students for final admissions. Shortlisted students are then required to report to the institute for document verification and fee payment process.
