No, XIM University does not provide any direct admissions for the BA LLB (H) course. Admission to this BA LLB (H) programme is also entrance-based. Only the students possessing valid scores of respective entrance exams are eligible to enter this undergraduate programme. There is no direct admissions process. Students who want to pursue BA LLB programmes must enroll and obtain an entrance exam qualification. Admission to the university is made on the basis of performance in the Xavier Law Entrance Test, CLAT, or AILET tests for the BA LLB (H) course.

Admission to the BA LLB programme at XIM University is a multi-stage process. First of all, eligibility criteria are checked online. After which, if the candidate satisfies all the eligibility criteria, then they are also expected to take one of the entrance tests accepted by colleges, which in this case is CLAT. Candidates seeking admission at Gujarat National Law University B.A. LLB course, must have passed Class 12 / its equivalent examination with minimum 45% aggregate from a recognised board.
Candidate appearing in the qualifying examination can also appear for CLA entrance examination. The CLAT application forms are available on the official website of CNLUs.The final selection is done through entrance (CLAT) examination score at Gujarat National Law University.
