Asian Law College Noida offer BALLB and LLB degree programs and Admission to these programme is based on the ALC Admission Test (ALCAT) which conducted by Asian Law College. Alternatively, CLAT / LSAT—India examination scores are also accepted for admission. According to the information available on the website of Presidency University, Bangalore, candidates seeking admission to the BA LLB (Hons) programme should have passed the 10+2 or an equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate of the total marks of the qualifying examination. The maximum age limit for candidates is 20 years as on the first day of July of the year of admission. Therefore, it seems that a minimum of 45% marks is required for admission to the BA LLB (Hons) programme at Presidency University, Bangalore, and there is no mention of a requirement of 60% marks
