BCom LLB (Hons.) is one of the two undergraduate courses offered by the National Law University, Delhi, through the AILET exam. The other undergraduate course is BA LLB (Hons.). The eligibility criteria for AILET BCom LLB are as follows:

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) from a recognised state or national board.
  • They must have secured a minimum of 45% in Class 12 to apply for the AILET BCom LLB exam.

UPES School of Law fills up to 20% of the BBA LLB (H) seats through the Board Merit/CLAT AIR/UL-SAT India Category. If the seats remain vacant, then those are filled by the university through ULSAT. UPES School of Law has 180 seats for the BBA LLB programme. This seat count is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

There are a total of 180 seats for the BBA LLB programme at the UPES School of Law. The seat allotment is done based on the aspirant's scores in the ULSAT/LSAT/CLAT exam or in the last qualifying exam. After seat allotment, candidates have to pay the admission fee amount for seat confirmation. The mentioned seat intake is further as per the official website/sanctioning body.
