The latest year's cutoff of GLC Mumbai LLB has not been released yet. GLC Mumbai LLB closing rank of 2023 for General All India Category is 119. The rank is basically the minimum marks that candidates have to obtain in order to qualify for the final round of counselling. According to the trend, the cutoff has marginally increased. This trend mirrors the competitive nature of admissions at GLC Mumbai, one of India's the oldest and most prestigious law colleges, attracting a large number of applicants each year.

The applicant applying to the Government Law College, Mumbai, must have passed the Class 12 examination from any recognised board with at least an aggregate score of 50%. Admission to this programme is strictly on marks scored in the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) followed by a counselling process. This is a full-time programme, which has approval by the Bar Council of India, allowing for the graduates to practice law when the programme is completed.
