- The student has been assessed as having an ‘Overseas or EU’ residence status
- The student has been assets to pay the overseas fee
- The student must be studying the relevant course full-time
- They must be actively enrolled in an eligible course
- Another requirement is to be a self-funded student, who can pay the full course fee for that year
- They must be studying that level of the course for the first time (i.e not repeating any level during that year)
