Lenora College of Engineering has well qualified and experienced faculty resources with 80% of the faculty members having a Ph.D. degree and 20% of the faculty members having a master's degree only. The B.E./B.Tech course is the flagship programme of the Lenora College of Engineering because of its sound industrial link and outstanding record of placement in addition to good infrastructure. B.Tech programmes are taught in six streams, computer Science and engineering, electronics & communication engineering mechanical engineering electrical & electronics engineering information technology and civil engineering with a pastoral intake capacity of 420 per annum. Placements in the college are very high with almost every college student getting placed every year for an average salary of 4-5 Lacs per annum and the highest being around 12 Lacs per annum.
