As per data curated from unofficial sources, the Liberty University has an 99% acceptance rate, suggesting, the institute isn't much selective at granting admissions to students.
However, prospective students must still perform reasonably well in school/college level academics as well as university entrance exams to have a good chance of admission.

Liberty is rated highly by several prominent institution & course ranking platforms. An unofficial source ranks the institute #1776 as part of its the latest Global Universities Rankings 2025.
The same source ranks it #436 in the United States. Shiksha Popularity Rankings also ranks it #364 among all US based higher education institutions.
While its Law programs also rank in the top 200 courses in the United States, attaining a country-level rank of #190 as part of the latest Shiksha rankings.

The University charges a technology fee of around USD 350 (INR 30,000) per semester to students.
The technology fee is charged to maintain the industry standard technological resources such as Microsoft Office Suite, email, instant messaging software, Online Writing Center & Tutor.com, resources that students are provided access to make them familiar with the tools being used in the industry today.
