Generally, there are no strict eligibility criteria for learning Linux. However, specific courses or certifications might have prerequisites, such as a certain educational background or prior experience, especially for advanced levels:
One should have a basic familiarity with using a computer and navigating its interface.
Successfully pass Class 12. (with subjects like Computers and English, preferably).
One should have a basic knowledge of how operating systems work.
However, formal certifications like RHCE, LPIC-1, and LPIC-2 (Linux Professional Institute) require prior experience with Linux.
