Some institutes provide free in-depth counseling sessions as well; Knowledge Nation is one such possibility and may be a good option to start from.

Once the candidates have been shortlisted for CCSU LLM course, they need to come for counselling and document verification with the below documents:

  • Copy of online registration form
  • Copy of online offer letter
  • Copy of entrance exam result
  • Copy of high school marksheet and certificate
  • Copy of intermediate marksheet and certificate
  • Photocopy of graduation/ BA LLB/ LLB marksheet
  • Copy of caste certificate
  • Copy of EWS certificate (if applicable)
  • Copy of certificate regarding surcharge
  • Copy of Aadhaar Card

Once selected, candidates are called for counselling. Candidates need to bring below documents for DU LLM Counselling and verification:

  • Admission Ticket LLM Entrance Test
  • Age Certificate (High School/ Matriculation)
  • Character Certificate (not older than six months on the date of admission)
  • Degree Certificate (Provisional Certificate if applicable) of qualifying degree examination
  • Marksheet of the qualifying degree examination
  • Scheduled Caste/Tribe/EWS & OBC non-creamy layer) /PwD/CW certificate. Non-creamy layer certificate must be of the current financial year or as directed by the Admission Committee of the University of Delhi

NLU Delhi has released the third provisional merit list for LLM programme on Jun 7. Selected candidates must pay the provisional admission confirmation fee by Jun 14. The counseling for NLU Delhi LLM course has been conducted in three rounds till now. NLU Delhi admissions 2023 to LLM courses is based on AILET scores 2023 followed by AILET Counselling 2023. 

There are no further AILET Counselling 2023 rounds scheduled for both BA LLB (Hons) and LLM courses. Earlier, NLU Delhi had released the second provisional merit list for LLM programme on Jan 30.

LL. M. is necessary for joining the academia, and can be useful in research institutes, thinktanks and NGOs working on policy issues as well. Considering that a large number of law schools in India now pay quite well, this is significant.
