The eligibility is that a student must have passed a 3 Year LL.B. law degree programme after the completion of graduation or must have passed a Five Year Integated law degree programme with an aggregate of 50% marks minimum from a Bar Council of Indiarecognisedand approved college.

The admission process for LL.M. in Criminal and Security Law, a one-year postgraduate programme at the Institute of Law, Nirma University is based on PG CLAT merit rank. The institute can conduct its own examination for filling the NRI/NRI Sponsored seats which is 15% of the total seats. The eligibility is that a student must have passed a three-year LLB law degree programme after the completion of Graduation or must have passed a five-year Integrated Law Degree Programme with an aggregate of 50% marks minimum from a Bar Council of India recognised and approved college.
