The CLAT LLM paper carried both objective- and subjective-type questions. However, in the last three years the CLAT Consortium dropped the subjective section from the exam. From 2024, candidates had to attempt total 120 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes duration. Candidates are advised to thoroughly go through the CLAT exam pattern 2024 for LLM courses to know important test details such as the number of questions, type of questions, maximum marks, minimum cutoff criteria, exam subjects and marking scheme.
