Hi Ajay, Admission is based on the Merit/Interview and/or Test conducted by University. Candidate must have passed a Bachelors Degree in Law [LL.B. ] with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university. You may get the admission in the above college. Thanks

First of all, both the universities will ask for migration certificate at the time of Ph.D./LLB degree award and that time you can present only one. Secondly, Ph.D. is a research work which requires complete academic devotion and simultaneous pursuance of LL.B. may hamper that concentration. Lastly, being a Ph.D aspirant, if you can not find out UGC rules from their website then consider that you are not capable of research or Law work. So you can't do both LL. M. and Ph.D. part time.
Thank you.

You should opt for CLAT exams for your post graduations, because they do give eligibility relaxation for OBC and physically challenged candidates. Check the website for details. Best of luck for your future endeavors.

You can definitely try for the admission for MMS in LLIM. But as you had already got admission for PGDM and I guess that the lectures have already been started. So, my suggestion is to don't waste your time and continue with your PGDM course.

Hi Rajiv,
No, there is no such age limit specified to pursue LLM in Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. Candidates are required to have done LLB with at least 50% marks from a recognized University to be eligible for LLM programme.

Most of the colleges take candidates who have 1000 rank or less without their college's admission test. Since you have above 1000 rank, you may have to give admissions test again for a particular college. I would also suggest you to call the respective college and ask about admission details.
Best of luck.

Dear Krishna,
Cutoff are the minimum marks, which a candidate has to score in the entrance exam for participating in counselling, admission and seat allotment procedure. In 2016, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) did not conduct the entrance exam, rather it is admitting students on the basis of their marks in JEE Main 2016. Candidates have to fill the application form of JEE Main 2016 and JMI Admission Application Form 2016 for admission in the University. The last date of application form of JEE Main 2016 was December 31, 2015 and the same for JMI was January 31, 2016. JMI Cutoff 2016 has been declared according to the result of JEE Main 201
