Hello Bapu, There is not much difference between 1-year or 2-year LL. M. course. It depends on the specialisation and the college norms. Yes, you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET under Law subject, as you have the post-graduation and that's what the UGC NET eligibility says. You can also check
