It is tough to compare which institute is easier to get admission into for LLM courses among KPMSL Mumbai and SLS Pune because the basic eligibility requirement for admissions to both the colleges is the same: candidates must complete their LLB degree with a minimum aggregate of 45% (SLS Pune) to 50% (KPMSL). Moreover, for the admission process, both of the institutes accept in-house entrance tests, i.e., the NMIMS Entrance Test and the Symbiosis All India Admission Test (AIAT), respectively, followed by personal interviews.

The total tuition fee for the LLM course at Jindal Global Law School is INR 3.5 lakh. Moreover, the total tuition fee at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law is INR 2 lakh. Therefore, it can be seen that Jindal Global Law School's LLM fees is more than KPMSL's LLM fees. However, the fee structure can be only one component that candidates consider while comparing institutes, but several factors can be taken into account while choosing the best institution/college, such as placement packages, seats, ranking of that particular institute, affiliation, accreditation, etc.

The total seat intake of the LLM course at KPMSL is 180. To get a seat in the programme, candidates must complete their LLB with a minimum aggregate of 50% from recognised university. Moreover, for the admission process, the university accepts the relevant scores of entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams for this course are CLAT PG/ NMIMS Entrance Test/ PGCETL, followed by a personal interview.

Kirit P. Mehta School of Law offers six specialisations in the LLM course. There is no one specialisation that has the highest number of seats. The college offers equal seats to all specialisations of LLM. The number of allocated seats is 30. To get a seat in the course, candidates must have secured a valid score in CLAT PG/NMIMS Entrance Test/PGCETL.

For admissions to the LLM course at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, the college accepts the score of Entrance test conducted by NMIMS (Deemed to be University). No, Kirit P. Mehta School of Law does not conduct the NMIMS entrance test in online mode for admissions to the LLM course. For LLM admission, the institute and affiliated university conduct an offline entrance test at the NMIMS campus. Moreover, the personal interview for the selection process is also conducted in offline mode. Candidates are required to visit to the campus for examination and interview process.

The online registration for admissions to the LLM course at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law usually opens in the month of December. Further, the time for filling out the application form opens till the month of March. Admission for the academic batch of 2026 will open soon. The classes usually commence in the month of August.
