There are some rare universities or law school which will allow you to take direct admission in LLM without LLB if you have 10 years of experience in HR but its very rare case, it fully depends on the institutions policies. HR experience cannot replace the requirment of an LLB, you need to complete Bachelor of Law (LLB). It is advisable to do LLB first and then go to LLM.

The Geeta Institute of Law LLM course admission is subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria state that candidates who have completed their graduation in Law from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks are eligible for the programme. In the case of SC/ST, minimum passing marks in the qualifying examination are acceptable.
