Surendranath Law College LLM admissions are entrance-based. Students have to meet the eligibility to get admission in the college. The admission requirements are as below:

• Eligibility - LLB or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% from a recognised university
• Selection Criteria - Calcutta University Law Entrance Test + Counselling

A total of 15 students were placed and 16 students were selected for higher studies out of 35 graduating students during LLM placements 2024.

Harvard's LLM is a one-year long course. 97% of the students in Harvard LLM course are international. The annual tuition fee for this course is USD 80,760 (Around INR 73.2 lakh) and the living expenses is around USD 41,040. For admission to this course, Indian students are required to submit resume, personal statement, previous studies transcripts, etc.
