Last year there were 66 companies that have visited campus for recruitment. The top 10 Recruiters were: American Express, Ernst & Young, Hyundai, KPMG, Hettich, Nestle, Berger, MRF, HDFC, Blackstone. This year the highest package (domestic) of 18.81 lacs has been offered by American Express.

MBA from LPU is a better option. The Business School of LPU is accredited from ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. There are faculty members with good experience and pass outs from good B-Schools including Iims. They have alteast minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. The university is committed to provide 100% Placement Assistance and create opportunities for our students. From past 3 years, it has been consistently beyond 90%. Last year 66 companies placed 92.1% of the batch. The top 10 Recruiters were: American Express, Ernst & Young, Hyundai, KPMG, Hettich, Nestle, Berger, MRF, HDFC, Blackstone. The highest package was INR 21.66 lacs (KPMG Crimsonwing- Malta), the highest package was offered Rs. 10.05 Lacs p. a. & the average remuneration of top quartile (25%) was 8.26 lacs.

According to me, life at LM Thapar or the environment is great, they have some of the best professors who are very experienced and they help in whatever way they can. The students are also very friendly there and if you are looking for any help they are ready for it.
