The Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) presents a plethora of specializations in its MBA programme, each uniquely crafted to suit the dynamic needs of aspiring business professionals. These specializations include Finance, Human Resources Development, Marketing, Systems, General Management, Operations, and International Business, each providing students with a specialised skill set to excel in their chosen career path. In addition to these specialised programs, LIBA also offers an MBA specialisation in interdisciplinary business, a groundbreaking programme that enables students to blend their interests in multiple areas of business, incorporating elective courses from various specialisation domains to create a versatile, well-rounded skill set.

The LIBA Programme of Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management offers the choice of selecting among eight areas of management specializations.
The Programmes are offered in a week-day format with evening schedules for all specialization areas. Classes are held in the evenings between 6.45 pm and 8.30 pm from Monday to Wednesday. Courses have three different credit options. The four-credit courses have 18 sessions, three-credit have 16 sessions, and two-credit courses have 9 sessions. Each session covers one hour and 45 minutes.
Persons satisfying the following criteria are eligible to apply:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or a professional qualification recognized as equivalent to a bachelors degree with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate.
Final year degree students yet to write their semester examinations due to COVID 19 are also eligible to apply.
Work experience preferred.

Admission: Rigorous admission process for eligibility into any programme which automatically creates quality students to be a part. Courses offered: Lovely Professional University (LPU), Punjab is a multi-faculty institution offering 145+ programmes in various fields such as engineering. Pharmacy, law, architecture, fine arts, management, etc. Placements: One of the best in the industry I would say. They leave no effort untried to help student to get the best placements. But worth mentioning. If you are aggressive and prepare well with the well-equipped environment by LPU your placement shall be a mouth agape. Fees: LPU provides several scholarships which are integral part of their fee structure. Therefore making it quite pocket friendly in comparison to other colleges.
