The placement drive for the class of 2022 is being held by the Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar, also known as LPU. This year's the highest CTC was INR 3 CPA which was 1.5 times higher than the CTC from the previous year. The national average wage was INR 62.72 LPA. 8400 job and internship offers were issued in total. The company that hired the most students was Cognizant (1410+ Students), followed by Capgemini (770+ Students). Paloalto presented a package of INR 49.4 LPA to a B.Tech CSE/IT student. 383 students in all have been assigned to packages ranging from INR 10-64 LPA. On the first day of LPU Placements 2021, around 1200 opportunities were provided to students in the 2021 cohort. 8500 students in all were assigned. The main reason for which and my sister chose this university is because of its placement record. If you will check the records, LPU has great placement records and due to which the university is awarded the best university for placement and training. In fact, the training and the placement go on throughout the year. Also, you will more than 1600 recruiters come to recruit students from LPU extending job offers to 8500 students during campus placement. In fact, most recent, the highest package is 64 LPA offered by Google and this package is the highest in the country. Another student bagged a package of 48 LPA offered by Google
Amazon offered a great package pf 46.4 LPA to LPU Students
Tanya Arora bagged a package of 42 LPA with Microsoft and Akhil bagged a package of 37 LPA. The least package that you can bag from LPU Placements starts with 10 LPA and the maximum goes to 1 crore. It all depends on how you are cracking the interview.
