This course provides a comprehensive analysis of individual and group behavior in organizations. Its purpose is to provide an understanding of how organizations can be managed more effectively and at the same time enhance the quality of employees' work life. Introduces the application of economic models in making managerial decisions fructify into successful business propositions and includes knowledge on a variety of tourism destinations and cultural destinations of India. Focuses on recent trends and the potential of the tourism industry. The NIRF ranking of LPU in the management programs is 37. The highest salary offered to the students was 21 LPA while 5.5 LPA was the average salary package. The fee for the course is Rs 1,90,000 per semester.
