Dear Rattan,
The requirements vary, since you already hold a Masters degree in HR, getting entry into a double degree in the same field will not be easy. Unless you want to pursue MBA, in that case you must take GMAT or GRE and TOEFL. It will be wiser if you contact the desired universities directly before applying.

if u show two regular degrees from two different universities it will be rejectd more over u have o face forgery case.but u can do one regular course and one distance course at a time.
