Yes, with a M.A. in Psychology, you can pursue a career in HRM. HRM is a wide area & you need to pursue a specific area that fits into your academic qualification. Some of the areas that you could pursue are: consulting, training, counselling, psychometric testing, OD, coaching, etc. There is always immense scope in the above areas.

Officially, you have three esteemed institutions in Nepal. They are esteemed organizations because they have good infrastructure, learning materials are hi - tech (still improvising) and most importantly Government of Nepal and India has a serious eye on these institutions to enhance the most important language i.e. Sanskrit, in lieu of protecting Hinduism.
They are:
1. Mahendra Sanskrit University
2. Balmiki Vidyapeeth
3. Ved Vidyapeeth, Pashupatinath.
The chosen candidates are also taken to Pashupatinath for special bhajans.

Liberal subjects should be selected, considering whether they would bring a good career. All subjects would be useful only after Research and Ph.D. So, consider all trends and you will find that English and Economics would satisfy you.

I advise you to depend on Central Universities and EFL University, Hyderabad, as primary source. The work you do finally gives you satisfaction and this you get here. There are so many other universities which offer you the easier way.
