Hello Rohit, Admissions abroad just do not follow system as in India. There, very many different factors that govern the process. One's interest in other topics, sports, rec from profs here etc. Go into deciding it. Of course one has to clear mandatory exams. Scholarships are hard to come by but whst is allowed is to take up teaching assignments that will allow you to earn some money.

Hello Praveen,Yes, you can. Just now IGNOU has announced opening up of admission process for session starting from July 2018. I would advice you to download the brochure cum application form from webpage and start off!!

Yes, one can surely get job abroad. But we must ask ourselves what special skills I have that the intended country needs. Many European countries are facing manpower crunch and are indeed looking for people with requisite skills. Just remember "Where there is will, there is way"!

Hi Ayushi, Previously it was used to be descriptive but it has changed recently to objective exam. Exam pattern:
100-objective questions
100-max marks
40-general cutoff (on average)
Negative marks-yes (but don't know exactly and please comment if you know)
Syllabus: six areas
Political theory
Political thought (western and indian)
Comparative politics and political analysis
Indian constitution
Public administration
International relations
Go for:
Political principles and theories- O. P Gabas
Comparative politics- B tayal
