BIG DATA course (Workshop or training) is for the B.E/B.Tech etc. Since this the required for BIG DATA. And it is also the technical line. But you are non technical. You may not understand the content they will going to teach. However, you may able to join the course. If you have interest, then join for it. Otherwise not because in profession, you do not require any kind of these course.

I won't be able to give you the question paper because the test is online and we don't get any hard copy of the question paper. But you can search for sample papers for TUEE entrance online.
