Hi,
Yes, you can go for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) after BCA. Eligibility criteria for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) in most of the top universities is a pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree. (It may vary with the university you choose)
The most important thing is that from where you pursue your post graduation. Its better to choose good institute or university which offers you good practical and industrial exposure, good placements like:

RIE CEE is the name of the exam. It has different exams for all the courses. 3 exams are conducted. 1 for B.Sc. B.Ed. And B.A. B.Ed. , 1 for B.Ed. (Arts and Science) and the last one for M.Ed. As you have completed M.A. In english, you can apply for B.Ed (arts). If you have the B.Ed. Degree, you can apply for M.Ed.
