Hello Samriddhi, It is understood that the admission process begins in December for the course beginning next year. The syllabus is also almost same for all subjects. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this topic.

Master's degree in Mass Communication requires only a Bachelors in any stream.
If you belong to Arts, Commerce or Business Administration, that helps you in understanding the subjects, but the qualification is graduation.
