Your question is unclear. Kindly let us know about which college you are inquiring. Then, any expert will be able to provide you a proper advice. However, English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad (EFLU), is one of the best option to pursue M.A. In English Literature. I hope this would suffice. All the best and god bless you.

The minimum marks that will make one eligible for MA is 45%. However JNU conducts an entrance exam to restrict intake to authorised levels as well as to ensure that students with required skills only get admitted. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this. http://entrance-exam.net/procedure-to-join-ma-political-science-in-jnu/

Almost all open universities have two admission cycles in a calendar year. TNOU also follows similar pattern. Here Application form + brochure is available online. One needs to download it and can submit it online or take a print and follow procedure given in brochure.
