Hi,
Applicants must normally submit GRE and TOEFL scores, SOP, academic transcripts, LORs, etc for admission. The process is online. Other tests in the form of critical writing, etc. may be required too depending on the university. Please check university's website before applying, start the process at least 8 months before the intake and keeping time in hand for the visa process.

MA Defence Relations is a very specialised degree with very limited career opportunities in Defence stratergy orgs, acedmics and mass communication Industry etc. If you are sure about interest in field then only you may enroll in PG degree course.

You are eligible to do Diploma in civil engineering based if you have completed class 10th (subject to meeting the age eligibility criteria, if any, set by Pune Government Polytechnic). You are overqualified to do Diploma and may get frustrated during Diploma studies. You must evaluate your decision multiple times before enrolling in Diploma in engineering.
