Indrayudh, I doubt you can have admission in MBA, for admission in MBA you need to be a graduate. Most institutions prefer 50% in graduation.
There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
Another way of admission is internal tests or admission criteria of individual Management Institutes or Universities.

The English literature subject is very good and prestigious subject in our society. There is a lot of scope of the English literature subject. I would suggest you to do MA in English and complete it with a very good percentage of marks. After completing your MA in English, further you can do B.Ed and MEd course. If you complete BEd and MEd or at least BEd, then you will get a very good opportunity to work as a teacher. You can also get a very good job as teacher trainer. Please note that the central government is giving a good package of more than 100 crores to the states to educate their English teacher. So there is a huge demand in teacher training programs. Further you can get into various PSUs for teaching job or similar teacher trainer job.
