General MA would give you access to all the aspects of the business world like finance, marketing, etc. If you want to have scope of going into a different field than Pharmacy then go for General MA, but if you want to excel in Pharmacy, you must go for Pharma MA as this will help you grow in the Pharma Industry. MA in English will provide you opportunities in limited field of writing and editing but MA in mass communication will open doors in various fields allowing you to chose your career from a wide range of streams write from writing, editing, media, news, film and TV production, radio, advertising, PR, etc.
